NRS 461A.010 – Definitions.
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 461A.020 to 461A.065, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 1981, 1229; A 2001, 1728; 2003, 1732)
NRS 461A.020 – “Administrator” defined.
“Administrator” means the Administrator of the Housing Division. (Added to NRS by 1981, 1229; A 2017, 3620)
NRS 461A.030 – “Agency for enforcement” and “agency” defined.
“Agency for enforcement” or “agency” means the Division or the city or county which has responsibility for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted under it. (Added to NRS by 1981, 1229)
