NRS 461A.030 – “Agency for enforcement” and “agency” defined.
“Agency for enforcement” or “agency” means the Division or the city or county which has responsibility for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted under it. (Added to NRS by 1981, 1229)
