NRS 474.410 – Authority to dissolve.

Upon receiving a petition signed by 25 percent of the owners of land within the district, requesting the dissolution thereof, the board of county commissioners shall, by resolution, submit the question of whether the district shall be dissolved at the next primary or general election.
