“Retail dealer” means any person, other than a manufacturer or wholesale dealer, engaged in selling cigarettes or other tobacco products. (Added to NRS by 2009, 2433)
NRS 477.184 – “Sale” defined. [Effective until the date upon which a federal law establishing standards for fire-safe cigarettes becomes effective.]
“Sale” means any transfer of title or possession, conditional or otherwise, in any manner or by any means or agreement. The term includes, without limitation, cash and credit sales, the giving of cigarettes as samples, prizes or gifts and the exchanging of cigarettes for consideration other than money.
