NRS 544.010 – Short title.

NRS 544.020 – Definitions.
As used in NRS 544.010 to 544.060, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. “Department” means the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. 2. “Director” means the Director of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. (Added to NRS by 1961, 668)
NRS 544.030 – State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources authorized to conduct research programs.
