NRS 544.010 – Short title.

NRS 544.010 to 544.060, inclusive, may be cited as the Weather Modification Research Law. (Added to NRS by 1961, 668)

NRS 544.020 – Definitions.

As used in NRS 544.010 to 544.060, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. “Department” means the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. 2. “Director” means the Director of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. (Added to NRS by 1961, 668)
