NRS 557.100 – Definitions.
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 557.110 to 557.180, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Add to NRS by 2017, 1343; A 2019, 2583, 2949)
NRS 557.110 – “Agricultural hemp seed” defined.
“Agricultural hemp seed” means the seed of any plant of the genus Cannabis that: 1. Is sold to or intended to be sold to a grower for planting; or 2. Remains in an unprocessed or partially processed condition that is capable of germination. (Added to NRS by 2017, 1343)
