NRS 63.240 – Program to educate children regarding alcohol or substance use disorders.
The Director of the Department of Health and Human Services or the Director’s designee shall administer a program designed to educate the children of a facility in the problems caused by alcohol and substance use disorders. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1099)
