NRS 577.010 – Definitions.
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 577.020 and 577.030 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2015, 2463)
NRS 577.020 – “Department” defined.
“Department” means the State Department of Agriculture. (Added to NRS by 2015, 2463)

NRS 577.100 – Establishment of program concerning veterinary feed directives; registration of animal remedies, veterinary biologics and pharmaceuticals; application for registration; regulations.

NRS 577.110 – Deposit of fees.
The Department shall deposit all fees collected pursuant to this chapter in the Livestock Inspection Account created by NRS 561.344. (Added to NRS by 2015, 2464)
NRS 577.120 – Application for and acceptance of gifts and grants.
The Director may apply for and accept any gift, donation, bequest, grant or other source of money to carry out the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto. (Added to NRS by 2015, 2464)
NRS 577.200 – Civil penalty; use of money collected.
