The Director has jurisdiction in all matters pertaining to the distribution, sale and transportation of commercial fertilizers and agricultural minerals pursuant to this chapter. (Added to NRS by 2003, 410)
Pursuant to NRS 233B.040, the Director may adopt by reference the fertilizer control rules and standards of the Association of American Plant Food Control Officials or its successor organization. (Added to NRS by 2015, 3636)
