NRS 604C.240 – Applicability of attorney-client relationship.
Any communication between the attorney of a consumer in a legal claim and a consumer litigation funding company as it pertains to a consumer litigation funding transaction is subject to the attorney-client privilege, including, without limitation, the work-product doctrine.
