“Minor” means a person who: 1. Is less than 18 years of age; 2. Has not been declared emancipated pursuant to NRS 129.080 to 129.140, inclusive; and 3. Resides in this state, or will be rendering services in this state pursuant to a contract. (Added to NRS by 2003, 1588)
“Net earnings” means the gross earnings received for services rendered by a minor during the term of a contract, less: 1.
