NRS 642.566 – Internet sale or offer of cremation services within State.

A person shall not sell or offer to sell cremation services within this State via the Internet unless the person owns a funeral establishment, crematory or direct cremation facility located within this State and is licensed pursuant to this chapter or chapter 451 of NRS. Any person who shall practice or hold himself or herself out as practicing the profession of embalming of dead human bodies without having complied with the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 for each offense.
