NRS 675.445 – Revocation or suspension of license: Additional grounds.
In addition to any other lawful reasons, the Commissioner may suspend or revoke a license if the licensee has engaged in any act that would be grounds for denying a license pursuant this chapter. (Added to NRS by 2005, 1881)
NRS 675.450 – Preexisting contracts unaffected by revocation, suspension, expiration or surrender of license.
No revocation, suspension, expiration or surrender of any license impairs or affects the obligation of any preexisting lawful contract between the licensee and any obligors.
