NRS 678C.070 – “Letter of approval” defined.

“Letter of approval” means a document issued by the Division to an applicant who is under 10 years of age pursuant to NRS 678C.230 which provides that the applicant is exempt from state prosecution for engaging in the medical use of cannabis. (Added to NRS by 2019, 3813)

NRS 678C.080 – “Registry identification card” defined.

“Registry identification card” means a document issued by the Division or its designee that identifies: 1. A person who is exempt from state prosecution for engaging in the medical use of cannabis; or 2. The designated primary caregiver, if any, of a person described in subsection 1.
