NRS 689B.340 – Definitions.

As used in NRS 689B.340 to 689B.580, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 689B.350 to 689B.460, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 1997, 2900; A 2001, 1923, 2224; 2013, 3620)
