NRS 722.020 – Definitions.
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 722.030 to 722.290, inclusive, have the meaning ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2017, 154)
NRS 722.030 – “Account” defined.
“Account” means an arrangement under a terms-of-service agreement in which a custodian carries, maintains, processes, receives or stores a digital asset of the user or provides goods or services to the user. (Added to NRS by 2017, 154)
