15-3105 – Purpose.

§ 15-3105. Purpose. It is the intent of the legislature that the department develop a strategy to address contaminated groundwater and implement a program to remediate and manage groundwater resources in a manner that will ensure long-term sustainability.

§ 15-3107. Groundwater information management. Information collected pursuant to this section shall be incorporated into the geographic information system maintained by the department to track remedial programs, pursuant to section 3-0315 of this chapter.
