§ 9-0701. Purpose of program. In order that the practice of forestry may be encouraged, the damage caused by unplanned cutting may be avoided and the industries of the state dependent upon forest products may be stabilized as far as possible, the cooperative program provided in this title 7 is hereby authorized.
§ 9-0703. Forest regions. The commissioner shall establish not to exceed nine forest regions of one or more counties each, which shall include all counties of the state.
