§ 76. Information. Such program shall include the preparation and dissemination of water safety information to the public, and particularly to the owners and operators of pleasure boats.
§ 77. Rules and regulations. The commissioner may make rules and regulations designed to result in the further knowledge and observance of the principles of safe boat operation.
