§ 2999. Contracting with private entities. The center may contract with one or more private entities to undertake the duties delineated in this title. Such entities shall remain subject to existing confidentiality protections.
§ 2999-a. Public access. Nothing in this title shall abridge public access to information currently available or permitted by any other provision or rule of law. Nothing in this title shall authorize the disclosure of otherwise confidential information, except pursuant to the express terms of this title.
