§ 3427. Funeral directing; issuance of duplicate licenses. Upon receipt of satisfactory evidence that a license or certificate has been lost, mutilated or destroyed, the department may issue a duplicate license or certificate upon such terms and conditions as the commissioner shall prescribe, and upon payment of a fee of twenty dollars.
