14-309.32. Violation is gambling. A game night conducted other than in accordance with the provisions of this Part is "gambling" within the meaning of G.S. 14-292 and G.S. 19-1, et seq., and proceedings against such game night may be instituted as provided for in Chapter 19 of the General Statutes.
