§ 143-269 – Deposit of funds by State Treasurer.

143-269. Deposit of funds by State Treasurer. The State Treasurer shall receive all funds delivered to him under this Article and shall deposit the same in a special fund for the account of the board or agency whose affairs are being liquidated, to be held and applied as hereinafter provided.
