§ 1F-1 – Short title.

§ 1F-4 – Service of subpoena.

1F-4. Service of subpoena. A subpoena issued by a clerk of court in North Carolina under G.S. 1F-3 must be served in compliance with G.S. 1A-1, Rule 45(b) of the North Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure. (2011-247, s. 1.)
