Section 3125.01 | Title Iv-D Case Defined.

Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 – 123rd General Assembly As used in this chapter, “Title IV-D case” means any case in which the child support enforcement agency is enforcing the child support order pursuant to Title IV-D of the “Social Security Act,” 88 Stat. 2351 (1975), 42 U.S.C. 651, as amended.
