Section 981.01 | Timber Dealers May Adopt a Trade-Mark.

Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 – 100th General Assembly Persons, firms, or corporations dealing in timber in any form shall be known as “timber dealers,” and may adopt a trade-mark in the manner and with the effect provided in sections 981.02 to 981.04, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
