§ 21-9-7. Records of manufacturers. Each manufacturer of frozen desserts and frozen dessert mixes shall keep for each frozen dessert plant operated by that manufacturer a true and complete record of milk and milk products received and frozen desserts and frozen dessert mixes manufactured there. § 21-9-9. Reports of wholesale manufacturers. Each manufacturer of frozen desserts and frozen dessert mixes shall report to the director of health on forms prescribed by the director any information and at any times that the director may require.
