Section 47-15-1. – Purpose.

§ 47-15-1. Purpose. This chapter is designed to protect purchasers of any commodity within its provisions against deception or misrepresentation as to the quantity or amount of the commodity purchased, and, as against the seller, shall be strictly construed with a view to effect its object.
