Section 36-21C-3 – Home inspectors to be licensed or registered–Violation as misdemeanor.
36-21C-3. Home inspectors to be licensed or registered–Violation as misdemeanor. No person may provide, or hold oneself out as able to provide, a home inspection for compensation unless registered or licensed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
