Section 701 – Investment of authority funds.

Effective 7/1/2017 63H-7a-701. Investment of authority funds. (1) The state treasurer shall invest all money held on deposit by or on behalf of the authority. (2) The board may provide advice to the state treasurer concerning investment of the money of the authority. Repealed and Re-enacted by Chapter 430, 2017 General Session
