§ 1702. Applicability
§ 1702. Applicability This chapter must apply only to a support proceeding under the Convention. In such a proceeding, if a provision of this chapter is inconsistent with chapters 11 through 16 of this title, this chapter must control. (Added 2015, No. 16, § 2, eff. June 1, 2015.)
