§ 32. Amendment of plan This merger plan may be amended as set forth by the general laws of this State.

App § 33. Severability

§ 33. Severability If any provision of this plan shall for any reason be held invalid, such invalidity shall not effect the remaining provisions, which can be given effect without the invalid provision. To this end, the provisions of this merger are severable.
