§ 201. Authority The legislative power and authority of the District and the administration and the general supervision of all fiscal, prudential, and governmental affairs thereof shall be vested in a governing body known as the Board of Supervisors, except as specifically provided otherwise in this agreement.

§ 207. Quorum For the purpose of transacting business, the presence of members representing more than 50 percent of the membership of the Board of Supervisors and whose accumulated votes aggregate more than 50 percent of all votes shall constitute a quorum.
§ 208. Voting Each member of the Board of Supervisors shall be entitled to cast one vote for every 1,000 population, or part thereof, in the town which he or she represents. Term Except as provided in section 203 of this subchapter, representatives and alternates to the Board of Supervisors shall hold office for two years and until their successors are duly appointed and qualified.
