§ 6.2. Sale or lease Only the Board of Aldermen may authorize the sale or lease of real or personal property belonging to the City, except as otherwise authorized by charter or ordinance. All conveyances, grants, or leases of real estate shall be signed by the Mayor and be sealed with the City Seal.
