§16-19-7. Refusal to Make Anatomical Gift; Effect of Refusal

(a) An individual may express his or her refusal to make an anatomical gift of his or her body or body parts by: (1) A record signed by the individual. If the individual is physically unable to sign, another person acting at the direction of the individual may sign if the refusal:
