§16A-2-1. Definitions

(a) The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) “Act” means the West Virginia Medical Cannabis Act and the provisions contained in §60A-1-101 et seq. of this code.
