§21A-10-1. Agreements to Waive Rights or Pay Employer's Contribution Invalid
An agreement to waive, release or commute rights to benefits, or other rights, accruing under this chapter shall be invalid. An agreement by an individual to pay all or any portion of an employer's payments shall be invalid.
