§22C-10-2. Bylaws of Interstate Mining Commission

In accordance with Article V (i) of the interstate mining compact, the commission shall file copies of its bylaws and any amendments thereto in the office of the Secretary of State of West Virginia.

§22C-10-3. Effective Date

This article is effective as of July 1, 1972.
