§30-8-9. Scope of Practice

(a) A licensee may: (1) Examine, diagnose and treat diseases and conditions of the human eye and its appendage within the scope established in this article or associated rules;

The practice of optometry and the Board of Optometry are subject to the provisions of article one of this chapter, the provisions of this article and the board's rules.
