§31H-1-2. Definitions

As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) “Antenna” means communications equipment that transmits or receives electromagnetic radio frequency signals used in the provision of wireless services;
