§52-1-2. Prohibition of Discrimination

A citizen may not be excluded from jury service on account of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, economic status or being a qualified individual with a disability.

§52-1-3. Definitions

As used in this article: (1) "The court" means the circuit and magistrate courts of this state, and includes, when the context requires, any judge of the court;
