§60A-2-209. Schedule IV Criteria

The state Board of Pharmacy shall recommend to the Legislature that a substance be placed in Schedule IV if it finds that: (1) The substance has a low potential for abuse relative to substances in Schedule III;

§60A-2-202. Nomenclature

The controlled substances listed in the schedules in this article are included by whatever official, common, usual, chemical or trade name designated.
