1-41-108. Self-insurance program not subject to insurance laws. Nothing in this act shall be construed as creating an insurance company nor in any way subjecting the self-insurance account to the laws of the state regulating insurance or insurance companies.
1-41-109. Confidential information. The claim files maintained by the risk manager shall be considered privileged and confidential and shall be for the use of the risk manager and the insurance commissioner only.
