Section 11-25-306 – Penalties.

11-25-306. Penalties. Any person who violates any provision of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), imprisoned for not more than six (6) months, or both. Each violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
