Section 5-9-203 – Oath.

5-9-203. Oath. Magistrates of the circuit court, before entering upon the discharge of their official duties, shall take and subscribe before a circuit court judge or a clerk of a court of record the oath of office prescribed by the constitution of Wyoming.
