NRS 293C.352 – Duties of city clerk upon return of mailing ballots; applicability of procedures governing absent ballots. [Effective through December 31, 2021.]

When a mailing ballot is returned by or on behalf of a registered voter, the city clerk shall follow the same procedure as in the case of absent ballots.
