NRS 293C.540 – Delivery of official register by county clerk to city clerk. [Effective through December 31, 2023.] Delivery of official register by county clerk to city clerk. [Effective January 1, 2024.]

Not later than 3 days before the day on which any regular or special city election is held, the county clerk shall deliver to the city clerk the official register for the city.

Not later than 3 days before the day on which any regular or special city election is held, the county clerk shall use the database created by the Secretary of State pursuant to NRS 293.675 to prepare and deliver to the city clerk the official register for the city.
