1. If a public school has a limited or no ventilation system, qualified adjusting personnel or qualified testing personnel, as applicable, shall document existing conditions and provide a licensed professional engineer with any information necessary for the licensed professional engineer to make recommendations for upgrading or installing a ventilation system.
2. Qualified adjusting personnel or qualified testing personnel that conduct an assessment of a public school with a limited or no ventilation system shall determine whether carbon dioxide monitors that meet the requirements of NRS 393.395 are installed in each classroom of the school.
