NRS 439.775 – Judicial review of decision to deny request for subsidy. [Effective through December 31, 2021.]

Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Department denying a request for a subsidy submitted pursuant to NRS 439.755 is entitled to judicial review thereof.
