NRS 439.795 – Restrictions on use of information contained in request for subsidy. [Effective through December 31, 2021.]

No person may publish, disclose or use any personal or confidential information contained in a request for a subsidy submitted pursuant to NRS 439.755 except for purposes relating to the administration of NRS 439.705 to 439.795, inclusive.
